Informationen können im System über Systemmeldungen verteilt werden (SM02). Diese werden aber gerne überlesen.

Es bietet sich an, direkt den Startbildschirm für wichtige Informationen zu nutzen. Das geht auch sehr einfach. In der Transaktion SE61 wählt man Allgemeiner Text oder Generell Text.

Wichtig – die Sprache muss die vom System übergebene Anmeldesprache sein. Meisten ist es englisch oder deutsch.

Die Anmeldesprache findet man dadurch heraus, indem man sich versucht am System anzumelden und dann im schaut, in welcher Sprache der Startbildschirm (vor der Anmeldung) ausgegeben wird.

Zurück in die SE61. Wenn keine Systemmeldung vorhanden ist, einfach anlegen. Dazu den Wert „ZLOGIN_SCREEN_INFO“ eingeben und auf den „Anlegen“ Button drücken und im folgenden Schirm den Bildschirm editieren, speichern und aktivieren.

Der hier verwende Text muss in einem Paket gespeichert werden (entweder ein eigenes wählen oder eins anlegen z. B. Z_Basis für allgemeine Änderungen).

Danach noch einen Transportauftrag wählen und fertig ist es.

Im Ergebnis wird der gewünschte Text bei der Anmeldung ausgegeben und kann nicht übergangen werden.

Wer den Text aufhübschen möchte, der kann Symbole verwenden. Diese sind über Nummern abrufbar und werden mit einem @<SymbolID>@ eingefügt.
